Bosworth Medieval Festival: The Recipes

Like us you were probably as disappointed as we were when Bosworth Medieval Festival had to be cancelled because of the coronavirus restrictions. However, you may be aware the Festival went digital, with a virtual version that took place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August.

Tastes Of History's contribution was to film four cooking demonstrations highlighting some of the recipes we would have been offering visitors the chance to sample. So, as promised in each short-film, here are the recipes:
